Als grobe Orientierung: feiner Walk (400 g/m²) eignet sich für mildere Tage bis etwa 0 °C, fester Walk (650 g/m²) für etwa +10 °C und kälter. Weiches Wollfleece (300 g/m²) ist besonders leicht und eignet sich für milde Tage und drinnen. Das Empfinden ist individuell und hängt auch von der Kleidung darunter ab.

The HALFEN Fine Knit Overall, made from 100% extra-fine Merino wool from Italy, is a romper for the first weeks and months. The side GOTS-certified olive wood buttons make dressing and undressing quick and easy – even with restless babies. Raglan sleeves and stretchy cuffs on the arms and legs provide freedom of movement and a secure fit. Certified according to OCS, RWS, and GRS standards, chlorine-free processed.

Merino wool naturally regulates temperature and moisture – the overall works equally well on cool summer days, during transitional seasons, or on mild winter days. Since 1928, the Halfen family has been producing knitwear with the aim of creating clothing that truly lasts.

Fit

The jumpsuit fits true to size. The raglan cut provides enough room for typical movements of the first few months around the shoulders and arms. The stretchy cuffs on the arms and legs provide a secure fit without constricting.

Tip: If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one – the cuffs will compensate for the difference, and the jumpsuit will last longer.

Materials & Care

The overall is made from 100% extra-fine merino wool from controlled organic livestock farming – certified according to OCS, RWS, and GRS standards. Chlorine-free processed, free from pesticides and synthetic dyes. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, odor-neutral, and water-repellent.

In most cases, simply airing it out in the fresh air is sufficient.

Care tips:
  • Regularly air out in fresh air
  • Treat light stains locally with a damp cloth
  • Hand wash or machine wash at 30 °C on a wool program, low spin speed
  • Dry flat on a surface
  • Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not bleach

With proper care, the overall will retain its shape and elasticity for many months.
