Return Policy

If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, that's no problem. We want you to be happy with your HALFEN purchase – that's why we make our returns process as straightforward as possible.

Returns Period & Conditions

Returns Period 14 days from receipt of goods
Condition Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
Original Packaging Not required, but recommended
Return Shipping Costs Borne by the customer (except for defects or incorrect deliveries)
Refund Within 3-5 days after receipt of return
Important: Items showing signs of use, that have been washed or otherwise altered, unfortunately cannot be returned.

How a Return Works

  1. Registration via Returns Portal
    Register your return in the returns portal within the 14-day cancellation period. If you have any other questions about returns or exchanges, please write to us at hallo@halfenstore.de
  2. Carefully Pack the Item
    Pack the goods securely to avoid transport damage. Please include a short note with your order number or your name.
  3. Send the Return
    You will receive the pre-printed return label for returns within Germany in our returns portal. For returns outside Germany, please send the package to our warehouse address (see below). Please use an insured shipping method and keep the proof of postage – we do not accept liability for lost returns.
  4. Receive Refund
    Once the return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 business days after receipt.

Exchanges

A direct exchange (e.g., same price, different size or color) is possible free of charge via the returns portal. Please return the item as soon as possible. Once the return has been processed, the new item will be shipped automatically.

Defects & Incorrect Deliveries

Have you received a faulty item or the wrong one? In that case, we will naturally cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at hallo@halfenstore.de with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A photo of the item (for visible defects)

We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can find the complete cancellation policy in our General Terms and Conditions.
