HALFEN Autumn Event & Cargo Bike Prize Draw 2026

2. Promotion period

Participation is possible from October 14, 2026 to October 17, 2026, during the event opening hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The entry deadline is October 17, 2026 at 6:00 pm. Purchases made outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation and spending amount

1. Participation requires a purchase at the HALFEN store in Rodenkirchen (Hauptstraße 67, 50996 Cologne) during the promotion period. Orders placed in the online shop do not entitle you to participate.
2. For every full €150 spent per purchase (per receipt), participants receive one entry. Examples: up to €149.99 = no entry · €150 = 1 entry · €305 = 2 entries · €450 = 3 entries. Multiple purchases will not be combined.
3. The spending amount is based on the (gross) purchase price of the eligible items after deducting any discounts.
4. What does not count towards the spending amount:
   • Sale items, i.e. items that are reduced in price or marked as "Sale" during the promotion period;
   • Items issued as part of an exchange;
   • the purchase of gift cards.
   If the remaining items in a purchase do not reach a spending amount of €150, no entry will be issued for that purchase.
5. If an item is returned or refunded after the purchase and the spending amount therefore falls below the threshold required for an entry, the corresponding entry will expire.
6. The entry form is filled out with first and last name as well as telephone number or email address and dropped into the prize draw box in the store. Incompletely or illegibly filled out entries may not be considered.

5. Prize

One cargo bike worth €7,999 will be raffled off. In addition, there are limited-edition goodie bags, while supplies last.

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. The cargo bike will be handed over after consultation with the winner.

6. Prize draw and notification

Among all valid entries submitted during the promotion period, the cargo bike will be raffled off randomly after the end of the promotion. We will announce the date of the prize draw on this page.

The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days after the prize draw. If the notified person does not respond within 14 days, the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn. The winner's name will only be mentioned (e.g. on social media) with their consent.

7. Data protection

The data provided on the entry form (name as well as telephone number or email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, identifying and notifying the winners, and handing over the prize (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). No data will be passed on to third parties. Non-winning entries will be destroyed after the prize draw; the winners' data will be deleted after the completion of the prize handover, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

8. Exclusion from participation

The organizer may exclude persons from participation if they provide false information, manipulate the process, or violate these terms and conditions. The affected entries will expire.

9. Change or termination of the prize draw

The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the prize draw in the event of an important reason (e.g. legal reasons or force majeure).

10. Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from the violation of life, body, or health. In the case of ordinary negligence, the organizer is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Statutory rights from the purchase contracts concluded during the purchase remain unaffected.

11. Miscellaneous

There is no claim to a cash payment of the prize. The decision on the prize draw is final. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. By participating, the participants agree to these terms and conditions.
