Shipping within Germany

Standard Shipping with DHL

Benefit from the speed and reliability of our shipping partner DHL. Within Germany, your order will be delivered directly to your home within 2–4 business days.

Express Shipping with DHL

Benefit from the speed and reliability of our shipping partner DHL. Express deliveries are only possible to addresses within Germany and will be delivered on the next business day if you place your order Monday – Friday before 12 PM. Express delivery (excluding deliveries to parcel stations) is only possible on the German mainland.

Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will only be delivered on the following Tuesday – not Monday.

For express delivery, a fee of €12.90 applies – even if the order total exceeds €150.00 and standard shipping would therefore be free.

The exact shipping costs for your country will be automatically displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over €150.00 merchandise value applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany.

How is the merchandise value for free shipping calculated?

The threshold of €150.00 is based on the merchandise value after deduction of all discounts and vouchers, excluding shipping costs and without considering the VAT position.

For example: You add a product for €130.00 and a discounted product for €12.50 (originally €25.00 with a 50% discount) to your cart. Your merchandise value will then be €142.50 – in this case, the flat shipping rate will be charged. Shipping costs within Germany are automatically waived only for orders with a merchandise value of €150.00 or more.

Processing Time

We usually process your order within 24 hours (on business days). Orders received by 12 PM usually leave our warehouse on the same day. On weekends and public holidays, shipping takes place on the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Sustainable Packaging

We not only care about the quality of our products but also how they reach you. That's why we package plastic-free and resource-efficiently: in recyclable cardboard boxes, with paper filling material, and without unnecessary inserts.

Delivery to Parcel Stations & Preferred Addresses

Would you prefer to have your order delivered to a DHL parcel station or your work address? No problem – simply enter the desired address at checkout. Please note: Express deliveries are not possible to parcel stations.

What to do if the delivery does not arrive?

Should your order not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us. Send us a short email to hallo@halfenstore.de with your order number – we will take care of it immediately.
