What once began as a small knitting mill is today a company that stands for sustainable values – and yet remains deeply rooted in its hometown of Hungenroth.

This seal of approval guarantees that every Halfen product is manufactured ecologically and resource-efficiently, is free of harmful substances and chemicals, and is produced under fair working conditions. In particular, mulesing-free merino wool is at the heart of our collections – it is temperature-regulating, soft, and a sustainable alternative to synthetic fabrics.
All our materials are, of course, GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard).
