Fit

The cardigan with braided details is comfortable and has a loose fit. It drapes nicely over the upper body and can be easily worn over a shirt, long-sleeve top, or a thin blouse.

The raglan style provides freedom of movement in the shoulder area, while the ribbed cuffs on the sleeves and hem create a neat finish. The length is suitable for everyday wear – not too short, but also not heavy or long.

Our tip: If you prefer a more fitted cardigan, choose your regular double size. For a more relaxed fit or to wear over thicker layers, the larger size will be comfortable.

Materials & Care

The cardigan is knitted from a high-quality Downy blend of alpaca, merino, and silk. This blend combines natural warmth with a soft, light feel and a beautiful half-patent rib structure. The cardigan is manufactured in our own knitting mill in Hungenroth near Koblenz.

Natural fibers do not need to be washed after every wear. Often, it is sufficient to air out the cardigan thoroughly to refresh the fibers. Minor soiling can usually be gently spot-cleaned.
