Structured Alpaca Knit Beanie

The hat fits true to size and sits comfortably on the head without pressing, thanks to the fine knit. The earflaps lie loosely and reliably protect the ears from cold and wind.

The ties allow the hat to be fastened under the chin, ensuring it stays securely in place even during active movements – an advantage especially for smaller children who otherwise like to pull off their hats. The two sizes Size 1 (9–18 months) and Size 2 (18 months – 3 years) cover the typical wearing period well.

Our tip: If your child is between two sizes or is currently in a growth spurt, choose the larger size. The ties allow the hat to be adjusted well and will still fit even if the head circumference has increased slightly.

The hat is made from a fine blend of 51% extrafine merino wool, 37% superfine alpaca, and 12% silk. The wool comes from Italy and is free from pesticides, synthetic dyes, and chlorine. The combination of three natural fibers brings together the warming properties of merino wool, the softness of alpaca, and the delicate sheen of silk – the result is a yarn that feels pleasant on sensitive children's skin and is also durable.

Wool has a special property: it is naturally self-cleaning. The lanolin contained in the fleece has antibacterial and odor-neutralizing effects. In most cases, it is therefore sufficient to air out the hat instead of washing it. This protects the fine fibers and preserves their natural properties for years.

• Regularly air out in the fresh air
• For small stains, spot clean with a damp cloth
• If necessary, hand wash with wool detergent at a maximum of 30 °C
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron, do not bleach
• Dry flat, do not hang

Express deliveries are only possible to addresses within Germany and will be delivered on the next working day if you place your order Monday – Friday before 12 PM. Express delivery (excluding deliveries to packing stations) is only possible on the German mainland.

Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will only be delivered on the following Tuesday – not Monday.
