Secure Payment Processing

Your security is our top priority. All payment data is transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection and processed exclusively by certified payment service providers. We ourselves do not store credit card data and have no access to your payment information.

PayPal

With PayPal, you pay quickly and securely without having to share your bank details. At checkout, you will be redirected directly to PayPal, confirm the payment, and return to Halfen. Your order will be processed immediately thereafter.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is encrypted via our payment service provider. The amount will only be debited from your card after your order has been successfully completed.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Pay particularly quickly and contactlessly with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Both methods work directly on your smartphone, tablet, or computer – without you having to enter card data.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is Shopify's accelerated checkout. Once you have stored your data, you can pay with just one click in the future – securely, quickly, and without re-entering your address.

SEPA Direct Debit

When paying by SEPA direct debit, the invoice amount is conveniently debited from your current account. You simply enter your IBAN at checkout – we'll take care of the rest.

When will the amount be debited?

Depending on the payment method, the amount will be debited immediately upon completion of the order (PayPal, credit card, Apple/Google Pay, Shop Pay). For SEPA direct debit, the debit usually occurs within a few business days.

Receiving your Invoice

You will automatically receive your invoice via email after your order has been shipped. If you wish, we can also send you a printed version – just send us a short message.
