The core of our outdoor collection is boiled wool. It is created by felting virgin wool under heat, pressure, and moisture - a process that binds the fibers so tightly together that a robust, stable fabric is created. Boiled wool reliably insulates, is naturally water-repellent and dirt-resistant. Due to its dense structure, it is largely self-cleaning - airing it out is usually sufficient for everyday use. Our GOTS-certified boiled wool is made from pure new wool from controlled organic livestock, is free from pesticides and synthetic dyes, and is processed without chemical finishing.

Alpaca fiber combines two properties that are rarely found together: exceptional softness and high durability. The fiber is hollow – making it lighter than sheep's wool, but insulating at least as well. Alpaca contains no lanolin, making it naturally hypoallergenic and particularly well suited for sensitive skin. The fiber absorbs moisture without feeling wet and naturally regulates temperature. Alpaca is also dirt and odor resistant – it needs to be washed significantly less often than conventional materials. Our alpaca yarns come from controlled origins, are free of pesticides and synthetic dyes.
